At Designer's Edge, we are at the forefront of the industry in developing talented new stylists. We believe in continuously honing our own skills and promoting education within the beauty industry. Each stylist chooses an associate to mentor and train and pass on their experience and to cultivate their passion for the business.
Due to the increase of no shows, we have decided to implement a no-show and cancellation policy fee effective August 1, 2022.
Under the new policy all services over 1 hour will be held with a credit card. We kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, 50% of the cost of your scheduled service(s) will be charged.
This policy will allow us the opportunity to make sure our stylist's books are filled which in turn allows us to better serve you. As a courtesy to you, we send texts, emails and a phone call to remind you of upcoming appointments, but it is ultimately your responsibility to show up on time. If you have opted out of these reminders and wish to re-enroll, please let us know.
